This park is a conceptual design with mixed-use spaces that can adapt to the community and the public.
Because doorbells announce the presence of someone in your door, I decided to make the exterior of the front completely closed so the doorbell could do its function. The exterior language of the house intends to resemble the inside of a doorbell, which means the circuits and cables connected to each other.
This model explores the aspects and characteristics of the site in a three-dimensional way. It is made with a repetitive system of modules. The simple form of two triangles is used as a module that repeats it self creating this dense representation of filtering the light just like the trees in the chosen site.
Vignette of a public space designed on a stair in Tokyo. The shape of this structure came from explorations of folding paper. It creates a place to gather, relax, and/or observe the sunset on a different perspective.
Model based on two structures that represent the relationship of the exploration, the movement of the compass (card-stock) and the movement of the hand (basswood).
The Leaning House by PRAUD Architects. Drawing made on illustrator to emphasize the materials of the house and that it's on a hill
Vignette of a second structure on a stair at Temple University. My design used the structure to make the person that uses the stair recreate the movements of a martial arts choreography done previously and mainly, to interact with the stair the way that was done in the choreography.
